Financial Information

Dues for both the Master and Townhome Association are assessed and collected on a monthly basis.  The amount of monthly dues is set by the Board of each association in the fall of each year for the subsequent year.  Effective January 1, 2023, the monthly dues are as follows:

All units:

  • Community Operations – $47.50
  • Reserve Fund – $27.50

Single Family Homes (Master Association):

  • Trash – $31.25
  • Raw Water Irrigation – $5.00
  • Front Yard Maintenance – $33.00
 

Total Monthly Master Association Dues - $144.25

Townhome Association:

  • Townhome Common Expenses – $97.50
  • Trash – $31.25
  • Raw Water Irrigation – $5.00
  • Townhome Reserve Fund – $27.00

 Total Monthly Townhome Association Dues - $235.75
